Non-Qualifying Conditions

Conditions that DO NOT QUALIFY UNDER HAWAIIAN LAW:

Insomnia
Sleep Disorders
ALL PSYCHIATRIC DISORDERS and PSYCHOLOGICAL related problems such as:

Depression
Anxiety
ADD

HOWEVER:

PTSD has been recently approved by the DOH to qualify patients for a cannabis license, to accomodate all the military vets with service connected injuries, and combat related conditions.
